Privacy policy

Elevate (app.agenticintelligence.fr) is an educational self-understanding tool: a conversational “psychological twin” that builds an interpretive profile from what you tell it. The service is operated by Thomas Pavy, who acts as the data controller. Contact: contact@agenticintelligence.fr.

Elevate is educational — neither medical advice nor a diagnosis. If you are in distress, consult a health professional. In France, dial 3114 (suicide prevention, free, 24/7) or 112 in an emergency.

• Account data — your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Conversation content — the messages you write to your twin. By the nature of the product, these may reveal information about your psychological state; we treat all conversation content as sensitive.
• Derived profile — the interpretive graph (traits, values, patterns, triggers, contradictions), memory layers, goals and related notes that the service builds from your conversations, for you.
• Technical data — standard server logs (request method, path, status, timing) and, when error tracking is enabled, error reports. Error reports are scrubbed: they never include message content.

We collect no advertising identifiers and run no third-party tracking. If usage analytics are enabled, they are self-hosted, cookieless and anonymous.

Everything above is processed for one purpose: providing you the service you signed up for (performance of the contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Conversation content that reveals sensitive information is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, given by using a product whose whole point is reflecting on it (art. 9(2)(a)) — and withdrawable at any time by deleting your data (below). We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.

• Hosting — the application and database run on a server in the EU (IONOS).
• Anthropic (USA) — your messages are sent to the Anthropic API to generate your twin’s replies and profile updates, under standard contractual clauses. Per Anthropic’s API terms, they are not used to train models.
• Resend — delivers the account verification email (your email address only).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot check on registration only.
• Sentry (EU region) — error reports when enabled, with message content stripped.

Elevate sets essential cookies only: a session cookie (keeps you logged in) and a CSRF token (protects your session). No analytics, advertising or cross-site cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.

Your data is kept until you delete it. Encrypted database backups are rotated within 14 days. Sessions are httpOnly Secure cookies; passwords are hashed with bcrypt; all traffic is TLS.

Both of these are built into the product — no email required:

• Export — download your entire persona as JSON at any time (access & portability).
• Erasure — reset your persona (erases everything learned, keeps the login) or delete your account entirely (nothing survives). Both live behind the “Reset” button in the app.

You also have the GDPR rights to rectification, restriction and objection — write to the contact address above. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Elevate is not intended for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and you’ll be informed in the app.
