Terms of service

Elevate is a conversational self-understanding tool. It builds an interpretive psychological profile — a “twin” — from what you choose to tell it, and reflects it back to you through conversation, visualizations and notes. It is operated by Thomas Pavy. Contact: contact@agenticintelligence.fr.

Elevate is educational. Its interpretations are hypotheses to reflect on, not clinical assessments. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, therapy or diagnosis, and is no substitute for a health professional. If you are in distress, consult one — in France, dial 3114 (free, 24/7) or 112 in an emergency.

You must be at least 16 to use Elevate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. One account per person; provide a working email address so we can verify it.

Don’t attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service; don’t use it to harm others or to violate the law; don’t submit content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your conversations and profile are yours. You can export everything as JSON and erase everything — persona alone or the whole account — at any time, from inside the app. How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Elevate is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability is limited to what you paid for the service (currently: nothing) and excludes indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app — that removes your data entirely. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by French law; disputes go to the competent French courts. If the terms change materially, the date above changes and you’ll be informed in the app.
